Your questions will be answered in a timely matter. We are available Monday - Friday from 10 AM - 3 PM CST.
Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards and e-check payments through PayPal. The method of payment that you specify for your purchase will be charged when the order is taken and approved.
SHIPPING
At BabysInStyle.com, we do our best to promptly ship your purchases as quickly as possible. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. All items ship FREE within the lower 48 states with no minimum order required. At this time, if you need an item shipped internationally please contact us for a shipping quote. Some of our items are custom made or personalized and may require additional handling time because they are customized when the order is placed. These items will be noted in their description.
We use a variety of shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS Priority Mail to get your package to you as quickly as possible. The shipping method used is based on your location and the size of the package. If you need your item sooner, please contact us for an expedited shipping quote.
RETURNS
New merchandise can be returned within 15 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. (We do not refund the original ship charge on items that were origionally shipped free of charge as an incentive. They will be credited/refunded minus the actual shipping charge.) You must contact us via e-mail to obtain a RMA number and instructions on how, when and where to return the item(s). Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights. Products must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and manuals. You will receive a refund once we have received the item in its original condition.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions.

The product is undamaged and 100% within its original packaging and tags.

It has not been personalized in any way.

All original receipts and invoices accompany the purchase.

SALES TAX
There is no sales tax unless the recipient’s address is located in the state of Iowa. State of Iowa sales tax is 6%.
