At BabysInStyle, we do our best to promptly ship your purchases as soon as possible. We ship Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. You will be notified via e-mail once your item has been shipped. Average shipping times for each product can be found at the bottom of the individual product's detail page. We ask that you allow up to 15 business days for items to arrive. Although, the average is around 10 business days from the time your order is placed. In the event that there is a foreseeable delay in shipping, we will do our best to contact you with an estimated ship date. Some of our items are custom made or personalized and will require additional handling time because they are customized when the order is placed. The additional handling time will be noted in their description.
Do you have a size chart for your clothing items? TOP
You may use the following general size chart to help determine sizing. Keep in mind that due to variations between children, brands and styles we cannot guarantee fit. Height is generally a better indicator of size than weight. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering the next size up as children grow fast!

Because of the volume of calls, e-mail is our preferred method of contact. Simply send us an e-mail by clicking on the round CONTACT button at the top of the page. Be sure to include your name, the name of the item(s) ordered, the billing and shipping address, phone number and your method of payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been processed.
Do you gift wrap? TOP
Once you find the perfect baby gift, we will make sure every little detail is just right, from the personalized card to the gift wrap and bow. Your personalized message will be printed on a gift card and sent with your gift.
This service is included with your purchase of any gift basket and/or diaper cake. We have also made the gift wrap service available for a number of other items. These products will have Gift Wrap noted on the product detail page for you to select. Once you have chosen your gift, write your personalized message in the Gift Messages text box located on the shopping cart checkout page. Next, you will indicate the recipients address for delivery.
Due to size, we are unable to gift wrap any items from baby furniture, baby toys, or nursery decor unless otherwise noted. How do I return an item? TOP New merchandise may be returned within 30 days of shipping for store credit or refund of the product(s) purchase price unless otherwise noted. We do not refund the original ship charge on items that were origionally shipped free of charge. They will be credited/refunded minus the actual shipping charge. You must contact us via e-mail to obtain instructions on how to return the item(s). Products must be returned with all original packaging, paperwork, and manuals. Refund will be issued once item is received. Some furniture items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
